无线控制器license问题

一、V7无线控制器license 故障排查：

无线控制器license至关重要，license安装、迁移、时效等因素都会影响AC对AP的管理，情况严重时可能造成断网，所以务必小心操作。

首先要确认license是否能正确安装，然后查看是否生效，逐一排查不生效的原因，最后查看license是否够用。

二、流程图相关操作说明：

1、 查看license是否正确安装：

对于V7平台无线控制器而言，如果是V7的license用户将生成的激活文件（后缀为.ak）导入设备中，然后在设备的系统视图下执行安装命令，如果是V5的license不存在ak文件，直接安装激活码。

命令：license activation-file install xxxx.ak slot 1（V7风格license）

license activation-key install ?

                 xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx（V5的“七段式”license）

注：这里指的是同一台AC注册的未使用的V5 license，在升级V7后可以继续使用。并不是说V5的license可以先卸载，然后升级V7后重新安装。另外如果V5license在V5平台已经注册过，那么AC升级V7后，V5上已经安装的license可以自动继承。

例如：如果安装出错，系统会出现报错，否则视为安装成功。

2、 确认license匹配当前设备

命令：display license device-id slot 1

例如：通过命令查看ak文件是否匹配当前设备

注：显示当前设备的信息，与ak文件名的前20位进行比较判断是否适用于当前设备，V5license则是查看规格列表该AC型号是否支持所要安装license的bom编码。

3、 确认ak文件没有被编辑过。

ak文件进行过加密处理，任何对文件的编辑都能导致文件验证失败。比如用文本编辑器打开ak文件再保存等。

判断方法：从设备上把有问题的ak文件下载到本地，与license网站邮件发出的原始ak文件进行二进制比较是否一致，或者比较两个文件的md5是否一致。

4、 查看license是否生效：

命令：display license

例如：通过命令查看license是否生效

Feature和Product Description识别显示正常、Current State处于in use状态则表示license正常生效；多种原因可能造成license不生效最典型的就是临时license时效到期，日常巡检中请多关注，另外license被卸载或者ak文件丢失也会造成license失效。

5、 查看临时license有效时长

命令：display license

例如：通过命令查看临时license有效期

注：License Type: Trial 表示临时license，Permanent表示永久license

6、 确认该license没有被卸载

命令：display license

例如：通过命令查看license状态

注：卸载license一般用于license迁移，建议不要随意卸载！

7、 查看license文件夹中存在对应的ak文件

命令：dir license/

例如：查看license文件夹中的ak文件是否对应存在

出于V7风格license机制要求，ak文件丢失会导致license失效。携带license信息的ak文件会随着文件系统格式化一同消失的，所以切记要提前保存好ak文件。如果格式化文件系统，只要重新上传ak文件到文件系统根目录的/license/文件夹目录下即可恢复。同时禁止改动license名称，否则会造成与AC已注册license无法对应的问题，最终导致license不生效。

注：V5风格license直接下发到设备硬件中，不存在以上问题。

8、 查看license数量：

前期合理规划通常不会出现license不够用的情况，通常发生在现网扩容阶段。

命令：display wlan ap all

例如：通过命令查看剩余license是否足够AP注册。

注：普通ap注册占用1个license，终结者分体占用四分之一个license，所以有时候剩余license会显示0.25、0.5、0.75等字样，无需担心。终结者专用wtu license也会除以4显示，比如支持500wtu的license，系统计算时按照500/4=125叠加显示。

有一种情况需要特别注意，V7平台无线控制器使用V7license可以支持license pool特性，即IRF组网下实现主备license相加，例如AC1自身安装了100个 V7 license，AC2自身安装了1024个 V7 license，则IRF堆叠成功后，总的license是1124；如果使用V5license，则延续V51+1热备的要求，只能二者取小，例如AC1自身安装了100个 V5 license，AC2自身安装了1024个 V5 license，则IRF堆叠成功后，总的license是100。
