某局点 S12504R 从V9 R5111 版本降 V7 F3607 失败

问题描述

现场主控：LSXM1SUP04TR1

现场反馈新开局设备加电后从V9 R5111 版本降 V7 F3607 不成功，主板卡反复重启，其他单板无法正常启动。通过串口线在bootware下升级的方式也无法升级。

解决方法

由于设备是在主备主控板运行的情况下进行的降级操作：

建议：

1.可通过主备主控板同时连接串口线的情况下bootroom升降级

2.先拔出备用主控，单独升降级主用主控，成功后插上备用主控进行升级备用主控
