一台S5130S-EI交换机作为接入设备,为多台AP供电
现场使用5130对AP供电,运行过程中发现2、11和17三个口的AP掉线,于是将这三个口undo poe enable再重新enable,发现重新enable后这几个口无法供电,都在searching状态:
1、发现掉线后关闭3个接口的POE供电:

3、供电状态为searching:

之后现场对这3个口配置强制供电,2口和17口配置后可以正常供电,但是对11口强制供电后,22口供电异常,显示power-deny:

1、现场测试将11口的强制供电undo掉,undo后22口恢复正常供电,11口回到之前的故障searching状态:

2、power-deny状态一般表明接口供电不足,无法为PD供电;从现场测试的情况看,怀疑是11口开启强制供电后导致22口供电不足。后续经确认,设备每开启一个强制供电,就会划30W供电功率给强制供电的端口,现场设备上还剩82.7W供电功率,在开启3个强制供电接口后(90W),供电功率就不足了,此时会优先down掉最后一个供电端口(22口),来保证其他端口的供电,因此也就出现了现场开启11口强制供电影响22口供电的情况。

3、现场2、11、17口的AP是先掉线后,现场才尝试关闭poe 供电的,searching状态是设备无法检测到PD设备,不排除这3个口的AP本身有问题,建议现场做如下操作:
A、 在这几个口关闭强制供电,开启非标检测,看能否正常供电;
B、 如果不行,可以将这几个口对端的AP替换到其他正常的端口看能否供电。
后经现场替换测试确认是这3个AP本身有问题。
1、3个接口无法供电是因为下联AP故障,替换测试可确认;
2、设备会给开启了强制供电的端口划30W供电功率,在配置强制供电命令时,请务必确认设备剩余供电功率是否足够,以免影响其他正常端口供电。
