现场4台S5560X-EI堆叠，环境异常掉电，重新上电后slot2无法加入堆叠组。
1、重新上电后检查配置，发现slot2d的irf-port相关的配置丢失。
2、查看诊断信息，发现slot2的配置文件时间异常,slot1的时间是4/16，slot3和slot4时间是4/13
