WX2540H，无线配置使用802.1x认证后，客户端认证无法登录

已按照如下典型配置指南配置，但win10客户端上连接SSID时输入完账号密码一点连接又重新跳回密码输入框，手动添加无线配置成802.1x后，在无线列表中显示该热点有个小x，一连接就提示无法连接；也有尝试过使用WLAC本地认证配802.1x，结果仍旧一样。

请问该如何排查？
