以上就是更新固件后系统提示的情况，请问是固件版本问题嘛？我试了2019的还是一样的。下载了2015年的固件，发现里面只有一个S10500-CMW520-R1208P10.bin文件。没有对应的boot文件

有可能是最新版本和板卡不适配，你升级的版本对应的版本手册里面有对应的板卡适配表，可以对应看下，实在不行就找一个可以适配的低一点的版本

搞了一个2015年的版本，里面只有一个BIN文件，导入交换机后，提示文件错误。
