H3C S5024P 忘记进入sy密码该如何操作？

重启boot重置

重启如何重置？好像按ctrl+B没有用

通过console线和CRT软件连接并登陆设备，然后把设备断电重启。控制台上会打印如下信息，当出现“press Ctrl+B”的时候快速按住“Ctrl+B” 进入botroom菜单

这一次重启登陆交换机不需要用户名和密码，进到命令行修改console接入密码保存配置，之后用修改后的密码登陆

选择控配置进入系统；

然后 按0 重启；进入系统后，此时设备运行配置为空，不要进行save 操作，否则会覆盖之前的配置哦。

如果需要更改密码，先到处startup.cfg 文件，编辑后在导入，重启，或者进行配置混滚（无需重启即可生效）

3、如果设备 密码恢复功能是关闭的状态：只能进入bootroom  恢复出厂；
