我前端有两台不同路由器需要切成VLAN 110 2960 ,DHCP由R1,R2发出给VLAN 110 2960使用,依照下方配置后终端在S5500VLAN 110及2960下无法自动获取R1,R2路由器IP

目测你的VLAN配置没有问题,把交换器的其他配置发上看看吧,另外分段PING一下,看看从5500的业务口到5008和R1 R2的口能不能PING通

按照你的网络结构其实现在搞不好,我建议你把VLAN接口都做到核心上,这样可以走核心交换机直接透过去,按照你现在这样做的画可以把R1和R2连一条线,然后把路由表做好,但是这样做性能损失不小
