H3C-7003X ACL包含established就无法应用

设备型号为：H3C 7003X

配备了一张万兆交换板卡。

ACL配置：

Advanced IPv4 ACL 3000, 1 rule,

ACL's step is 5, start ID is 0

 rule 100 permit tcp established

应用到vlan的时候就会提示：

[H3C-7003X-Vlan-interface1180]packet-filter 3000 inbound 

Failed to apply IPv4 ACL 3000 to the inbound direction of interface Vlan-interface1180 on slot 2.

查看日志提示：

%Nov 13 17:05:59:806 2024 H3C-7003X PFILTER/3/PFILTER_IF_NOT_SUPPORT: -Slot=2; Failed to apply or refresh IPv4 ACL 3000 to the inbound direction of interface Vlan-interface1180. The ACL is not supported.

ACL中删除rule 100就能正常应用，请问这个故障是板卡硬件型号不支持这条tcp的ACL吗？

如果是硬件不支持可以更换哪款型号板卡可以支持该条acl?或者是否可以通过升级软件解决？
