#将交换机重启运行BootRom程序，终端屏幕上显示如下信息（以S3100V3-20TP-PWR-SI为例）

#当显示信息出现“Press Ctrl+B to access EXTENDED BOOT MENU...”时，键入<Ctrl+B>，系统将进入扩展BootRom主菜单。如果没有及时键入<Ctrl+B>需要重启设备重复之前操作。

注：当出现提示“Password recovery capability is enabled.”说明密码恢复功能开启。
密码恢复功能开启时，用户可以使用扩展BootRom菜单中除选项5以外的所有菜单项，选择7恢复出厂；
密码恢复功能关闭时，不支持选择7，选择5恢复出厂；

要将 H3C LS-5130P-28P-HPWR-EI 交换机恢复出厂设置，你可以根据是否可以登录设备，选择以下两种方法之一：
✅ 方法一：正常登录设备时恢复出厂（推荐）
如果你能登录到交换机控制台（通过 Console/Telnet/SSH），可按以下步骤操作：
🔧 步骤如下：
<H3C> reset saved-configuration
# 提示是否确认，输入 y
<H3C> reboot
# 提示是否保存当前配置，输入 n（不要保存）
交换机重启后就会回到出厂设置了。
✅ 方法二：无法登录（密码忘了）时强制恢复出厂
如果你忘记密码无法进入系统，可以通过 Console 控制台 + 开机中断启动流程，手动删除配置文件。
🧰 准备：

Console 线连接交换机 Console 口

使用串口工具（如 SecureCRT / Tera Term / Putty），波特率设置为：9600 8N1
🔧 详细步骤：

重启交换机

启动过程中看到提示（如“Press Ctrl+B to enter Boot Menu”）时，立即按 Ctrl+B

输入 Boot Menu 密码：默认是
admin或直接回车（有些版本无密码） -
出现如下菜单（Boot Menu）：
1. Boot with default mode
2. Enter serial submenu
3. Enter filesystem submenu
4. Modify boot file
5. Enter password recovery
6. Reboot

选择 选项 3（Enter filesystem submenu）
-
输入命令：
dir flash:看看配置文件名（通常是config.cfg或startup.cfg） -
删除配置文件：
delete flash:/config.cfg
确认删除。

然后输入
reboot重启设备。
⚠️ 重启后，设备会没有任何配置，相当于“出厂状态”。
📝 恢复出厂后的默认信息（H3C交换机）

🆘 如果你要的目的是重置密码怎么办？

进去后选择跳过配置文件启动，等进入系统后再删除配置。
