H3C ACG1000重启进入menuboot菜单失败

因为设置WEB界面登录密码后登录失败，想重启设备来重置密码，但在提示后按ctrl+c没反应了，重启好几次都是一样的。

愣是只能看着它倒数4秒过去。。提示如下
