1、请确认PC已经正确获取到了IP地址、子网掩码、默认网关,且可以PING通默认网关。
2、请确认S5560与上行设备的互联地址在同一个子网内,且可以PING通。
3、请确认S5560的上行设备也有路由指向到S5560的业务地址段。
4、如果上行还有安全设备,请检查安全设备已经放通了相应的安全策略。
5、如果上行还有路由器,请确认路由可达并做了NAT的地址转换等接入配置。
