问题描述：
老设备无线控制器wx3024e串口密码忘记了，通过重启按Ctrl+b也没有找到相应的选项，请教如何操作不会掉配置文件，谢谢！

1. 不需要之前的配置文件，恢复出厂设置
以下标黑部分为设备自动打印部分，标红加粗的命令是需要手动输入。

给设备和电脑配置成同网段Ip地址，举例：WAC配置成192.168.100.1/24，电脑配置成192.168.100.2/24），在电脑上使用3CDaemon软件搭建TFTP服务器，打开3CDaemon服务器，目录指向电脑E盘，然后点击应用。

解决方法：
使用记事本打开startup.cfg文件
删除aux0口下的认证方式和密码并保存文件
覆盖当前配置文件

从设备中下载startup.cfg到电脑，具体参考：1.2保留原有配置，只修改密码
解决方法：
使用记事本打开startup.cfg文件
删除Con0口下的认证方式和密码并保存文件
覆盖当前配置文件

您好，请知：
具体是有哪些选项呢？
如果有文件查看，可以先导出startup.cfg这个文件。导出完成后，在删除设备里面的staruup.cfg这个文件，启动。
然后使用TXT方式打开startup.cfg这个文件，把密码删除了，保存。接着使用TFTP的方式将修改好的startup.cfg这个文件导入到WX3024E。重启即可恢复配置，最后再配置console密码看下。
