How to configure the OPTION 43 on DHCP server?
1. If only one AC address needs to be issued to the AP, the content is as follows:
option 43 hex 80 07 00 00 01 XX XX XX XX
2. If you need to send the addresses of two ACs to the AP, one of them will be the standby AC. The content is as follows:
option 43 hex 80 0B 00 00 02 XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX
Note: 80 00 00 with a blue font is a fixed field; the meaning of the second byte refers to the number of bytes following, 07 means 7 bytes behind, 0B means 11 bytes behind; The meaning of the fifth byte refers to the number of issued AC addresses. 01 refers to an address with only one AC, 02 refers to an address with two ACs, and Option43 can issue a maximum of 14 AC addresses. XX is to convert the decimal AC IP address into hexadecimal.
