交换机与终端跨配线架连接

问题描述

多台5130S-HI通过配线架分别与多台不同型号终端互联，客户报障部分交换机端口不定时up/down，影响业务。故障交换机不固定，故障交换机上震荡端口不固定，故障终端涉及pc，打卡机，查询仪等，震荡时间不定时。

过程分析

查看交换机日志，发现故障端口震荡只是简单的网口先物理up/down，再协议up/down。震荡时间不确定，震荡次数不固定。

现场工程师对交换机、配线架、终端做替换测试，将故障交换机与非故障终端跨配线架/不跨配线架连接，故障依旧；将非故障交换机与故障终端跨配线架/不跨配线架连接，故障依旧。

后续测试发现终端网卡会不定时休眠，在休眠期间，交换机端口会出现up/down，震荡次数与网卡型号相关。至此找到故障原因。

解决方法

修改终端休眠模式，使终端不休眠，故障不再复现。
