配置mesh，移动链路切换配置，同一vlan ping测试不通

问题现象：配置mesh，移动链路切换配置，同一vlan ping测试不通；配置完成后，在FAT AP上能看到WLAN mesh链路，但是尝试使用VLAN30 ping测不通（30.1.1.2 ping 30.1.1.1 不通）

1、vlan30都有放通

3、 在瘦AP上起一个VLAN30，能够ping通交换机的vlan30地址

删除AP视图下的vlan 30，因为在AP视图下配置vlan， 会把标签剥掉，导致FAT AP无法从vlan 30学到arp，而是从vlan 1学到。
