两台MSR3620设备直连,两侧接口均双up,配置了同一网段ip地址
OSPF邻居状态卡在exchange exstart,且直连ping不通,更换同网段ip就可ping通,邻居关系full
1、Debug信息显示交互到Exstart状态,没有收到对端的ospf dd报文,收到的都是组播地址,没有单播DD报文,

2、OSPF在Exstart状态时正在交互DD报文,查看相应接口配置,未使能MTU,排除MTU协商不一致导致;
3、dis ospf statistics error ,未发现任何错包,排除OSPF协议本身造成的故障;
4、查看对端配置,发现配置有原设备的ARP静态绑定表项,绑定关系为相应接口ip与mac地址,删除原设备上ARP静态绑定表项配置后,邻居达到full状态。
将对端上绑定的静态ARP表项,修改为当前相应接口正确的MAC地址。
