有L2_COPY_CPU丢包，L2 COPY CPU的队列，大部分是用作：mlag组网，其中一台设备收到未知目的mac的报文，在本端未知的情况下，会同步给mlag的另一台设备，以方便对端检查是否有这个表项并同步。这是为了加快mac的同步，在此之外，mac的mlag间同步是周期的

目的mac未知的报文上送超过了当前门限，触发了超限速丢包log，属于正常逻辑且数量不大，不关注即可
