[Verification]

The traffic defined by the cql will be transferred at the first time.

[Tip]

1. CQ only takes effect on outbound traffic on the interface but is not able to control the inbound traffic.

2. Configure qmtoken 1 (Set the number of QOS sending token) for mid-range routers on the interface. But the low-end routers cannot be configured with it so the effect is much worse.
