I. Introduction
FIC-1GBE/FIC-2GBE is the short of 1/2-port 10Base-T/100Base-TX/1000Base-T Ethernet electric interface card, where GBE is the abbreviation of Gigabit Ethernet. FIC-GBE is primarily used for the communications between a router and LAN.
FIC-GBE supports the following functions:
l Support a maximum of 100m transmission distance when using CAT5 cable.
l The interface works at 1000Mbps, 100Mbps and 10Mbps three rates and enables adaptive.
l Support half duplex/full duplex self negotiation.
