Q: What shall I do if I cannot disconnect a VoIP call?
A: In the case of the FXO module, you can make automatic busy tone detection. For the specific procedure, refer to the Voice section of the Operation Manual. Note that busy tone detection shall be made at the first voice interface of the FXO module. In the case of the E&M or E1VI module, you need check that the grounding is regular and the cable between the voice module and the switch is normal. The FXS module is not involved in this problem.
