另外可考虑升级路由器的版本到最新。

策略路由无非就是抓取某些流量指定从某个接口发出去,本质上也是路由转发,只是优先级比静态路由高而已 。当前取消策略路由就正常,可以tracert看一下取消后流量是不是从其他接口出去了,如果是的话,大概率是就策略路由指定的出链路的运营商网络或DNS有问题。
