问题描述:

公司局域网能连上vpn,外网无法连上该vpn

组网及组网描述:

FW直连外网,跟交换机连接后接内网,配置vpn后外网无法访问

您好,请知:

关于外网无法进行L2TP VPN连接,以下是排查要点,请参考:

1、检查LAC到LNS的基础网络和路由是否可达。

2、检查LAC侧连接LNS时使用的用户名、密码是否准确。

3、检查LAC侧连接LNS时是否能获取到LNS分配的IP地址、子网掩码,如果无法获取到,需要检查LNS上的地址池和VT内的配置。

4、由于是防火墙,防火墙上涉及到的物理端口和VT需要加入安全域,并放通安全策略或域间策略。

其次说到VPN配置后外网无法访问,是指在LNS的后端内网么?如果是,还是检查下NAT和路由、安全策略的配置。

公网IP可以,刚接手,安全策略这里不清楚,按照流程配来着。。配置文件看不到,贴下配置,大声帮忙看看。
