网速不稳定，以下是排查要点，请参考：
1、检查物理链路是否正常。
2、检查设备的CPU、内存、端口利用率是否高。
3、检查设备内是否有logbuffer的相应错误日志反馈。
4、如果有线网络和无线网络使用的是同一个VLAN或网段，可考虑使用不同的网段来进行广播域上的隔离。
5、另外也检查下是否有可能存在环路。
6、看下ICG3000的软件版本是否最新，可考虑升级到最新。
7、从反馈的日志来看VT接口在频繁UP DOWN，检查下物理端口是否正常。
