5500交换机，掉电重启后startup配置文件无法读取导致配置无法加载

华三的5500交换机，掉电重新启动后能够加载系统的软件镜像，但是提示找不到配置文件，实际上配置文件是存在的（dir），而且也能够读取出来（more startup.cfg），导致配置不能被正确加载，而是进入到默认出厂时的状态。

现在临时的处理办法是进入到system view的视图，然后使用命令configuration replace file startup.cfg 来恢复配置。

启动的时候，提示的错误内容如下，请问是什么原因会导致设备出现此故障现象，后续该如何处理？

Startup configuration file does not exist. 

It will take a long time to get configuration file, please wait... 

Press CTRL_C to break 

Retrieving configuration file failed!

User interface aux0 is available. 

console中提示有风扇故障
