发生个特别奇怪的事情，我的S5560X-30C-EI交换机，Ten-GigabitEthernet1/0/25端口，每隔5小时29分，就会出现频繁up、down的情况，大约持续3分钟左右，之后恢复正常，过5小时29分有会掉，如此循环时间周期特别准，看看哪位大神帮助分析下，谢谢！

一、丢包规律（这规律是前两天的时间）

光口不稳定，以下是排查要点，请参考：
1、检查光模块是否能被设备读取并识别。
2、检查光路的衰减是否在正常的阈值范围内。
3、检查光纤的收、发是否接反了。
4、检查本端和对端的光模块类型、速率、波长、距离是否一致。
5、检查本端和对端的物理端口的速率、双工模式是否一致。

都是物理的up/down,这是光口吧，有没有排查线路问题呢，查看下光模块的收发光
