Mer5200路由器更换网口就断线

现场有一台华三的Mer5200路由器，现象是断电前网线接上去之后通电开机，配置后使用都正常。但只要换LAN口的话就立刻断线，无论设置成自动获取IP和手动设置IP都无法连接。在Windows系统的网卡状态有发送数据包，但接收数据包一直为0，必须把路由器重启之后才能连接，但LAN口一换就又断了。还有一个现象就是只要一换网口的话，除了WAN口正常外其他网口指示灯都会灭了，等1-2秒才又亮起来，就全部设备都断线了。已经更新到最新的固件还是一样。最新的固件是MER5200-CMW710-R0821P16。故障还是一样。就算是恢复出厂设置都也一样。查看系统日志没提示什么故障。麻烦大家看看是什么问题哈，谢谢！
