华为5700

问题描述:

8台华为交换机接口出现闪断现象,大概5秒。每台交换机都有部分端口这个情况,如何解决判断问题

先查一下线路是否有问题,把同一根线路查到其他设备是否也有同样现象,如果也是一样的,肯定是线路问题。

如果同一条线路插到其他设备没有问题,就需要打华为售后电话问题下是不是产品问题了

我做了三个操作:1. 上联设备是思科,改了相同rstp无用,我把华为生成树关掉了,还是接口闪断 2.我把一台华为的交换机用思科的替换下来了,测试了一天,思科还是闪断。 3.我用自己的网线和笔记本接到一个故障频发端口,目前正在测试中。 PS:我觉得客户端和网线的故障可能很小,毕竟那么多信息点都是同样现象,不可能说一坏坏一片。
