DocCenter+启动报错，无法正常使用

近期，公司采购了一批华三设备，包括交换机和防火墙，通过DocCenter进行文档下载和阅读比较方便，但是在Windows 10 工作站版本的系统里面，提示报错，无法正常使用，请帮助。
