MSR2600路由器4G上网，参考官网配置https://www.h3c.com/cn/d_202007/1314217_30005_0.htm

信息提示是服务起来了，但是看ip int bri 还是没有 而且physical状态也是down的

该怎么操作？望告知，谢谢！
