端口自动关闭，如何排查原因？

核心：S10508，1/0/025口光模块，下联新交换机S5130，1/0/52口光模块，

光跳线接好后，指示灯闪烁，约3～5分钟后就灭了，不知道为什么，如何排查？

还有，核心不是总根，不知道手动指定它为总根，是否会影响现有网络使用？如何排查？
