问题描述：
新买了一块电和光的接口板，插入slot4和slot5后无法上线

板卡的槽位插插错了，需要插到0-3号槽位

但是0和3槽位现在已用，而且有业务
那只能换别的型号的板卡了
please move the card in slot 4 to any one of slot 0 to slot 3.
自己翻译一下不就知道了？
