S5500-24P-WiNet 设备 恢复出厂，但是用户权限依旧不够，没有dis 、sys命令

设备在bootrom 里面使用过了 7. Skip current configuration file，重启后，然后又用了 initialize命令以后，通过admin账户登录，还是很多命令没有，感觉就是权限不够，后续不知道如何处理。求助大侠。
