S5130 DHCP snooping

问题描述：
option82无法给固定端口分配固定地址，客户端始终无法获取正确区域的IP地址救急！

确定16进制字符是正确的，在模拟器上没有问题，但现场试试就是获取不到正确范围的IP地址

option43是给AC三层注册的，绑定了class port是option82的用于分配固定IP地址
