V35接口不通

问题描述：
V35协转设备点对点连接后，dis inter brief 命令查看状态，link 和protocol状态up，但是业务不通。切换回老的思科设备业务立马就能恢复，问题可能出在哪里？

tcp丢包。需要看你啥样的，如果是时隙对接，华三和思科的时隙不是完全对应的，可以找400要个对应关系表。如果不涉及时隙，看看时钟啊，接地啊，以及华三那边有没有什么信号告警。
