MSR3620 E1-F Serial接口物理协议up 自己无法ping通自己

客户目前测试，Serial4/0接口和对端设备不通，设备G0/0口和Serial4/0接口物理和协议均up。但在同一设备上，带源地址（ge口地址） ping Serial口的地址，无法ping通，在路由表中没有看到Serial口的直连路由。暂时不了解E1-F Serial4/0接口对端设备配置情况和接口情况。
