H3C 交换机 设置 Vlan 以后 无法通过 路由器 上网

问题描述:

顶成路由器 H3C   ER8300G2-X,上网方式:静态IP,LAN口IP地址段:192.18.0.1


H3C S5560-54S-EI 交换机  

静态地址:192.168.0.1

设置了

Vlan2 :192.168.1.1 段

Vlan3 :192.168.3.1 段

目前:PC端无法获取IP,不能上网。  配置的参数已经放置在word文档了,请大神教我一下怎么设置。头痛死了(没弄过这个交换机)。  拜托了

交换机上关闭stp

undo stp glo enable  就可以获取地址了

您好,ER路由器是否有回程路由,交换机是否有默认路由

你交换机上哪一个接口是互联口呢,也就是属于vlan 1的接口,接路由器的。看下路由器上有没有回指交换机接口的路由

1、ER8300G2-X LAN口的IP你是敲错了 写成192.18.0.1么。看你核心上写的地址是192.168.0.2。检查一下是不是这个地方错误。

2、PC端无法获取IP,不能上网---看你的文档display dhcp server ip-in-use  已经有获取到地址了 。

3、交换机上看配置没问题,检查路由是否有回指到192.168.1.x 192.168.3.x网段的回指路由,另外在检查出口nat 配置是否正确

无法上网,以下是排查要点,请参考:

1、如果网关放置在路由器上,需要与交换机做好trunk的互联配置,并在交换机上做好VLAN的划分。

2、如果网关放置在交换机上,交换机与路由器的互联配置三层互联及路由的指向。

3、路由器做好上网接入配置,NAT转换,路由指向到外网。
