H3C 5130-EI 交换机部分设备接口丢包严重

最近有部分电脑连接入交换机出现间歇性断网问题，断网设备分布在同一网关下不同接入交换机上，断网现象出现时间较短每次10-15秒左右，时间较为规律，后检查发出问题设备的接入交换机接口下display qos queue-statistics interface outbound 查看发现出现堵塞问题，数据报量大并丢报严重，目前出问题的终端设备有多台，都是同一时间断网，接口堵塞状态都一致，这种情况能是什么原因导致的？

终端设备查杀过病毒，排除设备中毒问题。同时出问题的终端涉及多台或多个IP

断网情况会在短时间恢复，不到2分钟左右吧，检查loopback-detection，没有环路，同样没有MAC地址漂移，设备CPU使用率不高

H3C 5560 作为网关设备，H3C 5130作为接入设备通过trunk连接到网关，所有VLAN都是透传，终端通过IP电话连接到接入交换机，接入交换机连接终端设备接口配置hybrid模式，启用voice-vlan，启用loopback-detection环路检测
