HPE 支持中心不能根据输入的产品序列号及产品编号链接保修,提交序列号及产品编号,报错如下:
无法链接授权。 它不存在或者是一组合同,但目前无法链接后者。 请使用单个 HPE 合同编号代替。 请检查授权标识符并进行所需的编辑,或选中复选框删除此项。

GEN10/GEN10+ 的SPP可以注册一个HPE Passport下载,而之前版本必须要有效的保修合同才能下载
Login with your HPE Passport account to access the SPP via the HPE Support Center. An active warranty or HPE support agreement is no longer required to download the Gen10/Gen10 Plus SPP.
