交换机流通问题

配置如下

 traffic classifier cla-1 operator and

 if-match acl 3000

现象: PC1（192.168.1.1）去ping SW1(192.168.1.3),在SW1上通过debuging ip icmp,可以查看到PC1到SW1的报文,但是通过如上配置流通,无法查看到报文,请问大佬这是啥情况
