交换机循环重启问题

WS5820-28TP-POE-WiNet 就作为监控交换机用，所有网线接口灯不亮，信息显示The device type is incorrect! Now rebooting ...然后循环重启，按Ctrl+B后等一会继续重启，进不了Bootware菜单，Ctrl+D直接卡死，请教这种情况下该如何处理，或怎样才能重刷固件？
