问题描述：

ac上联防火墙，下联poe交换机，poe交换机下接ap，集中式隧道转发，日常办公50人左右，故障在ac上ping ap延迟无丢包ap地址192.168.2.2，ac上ping 无线客户端10.0.4.198延迟丢包严重，办公室普遍反应网络质量差，视频会议卡顿，请大神问如何排查，有哪些思路

1.查看AP信号，信号强度够不够测试一下在办公区域。

2.查看AP空口看看高不高，周围有没有干扰。
