问题描述：
如题，设备故障时全部接口DOWN/UP，目前日志未查询到设备环路，MAC地址也无漂移现象，所有接口无错误包，物理链路无问题，但现在设备出问题的时候出现所有接口都会DOWN/UP一下，几乎无持续时间，闪断，包括配置管理地址的Vlanif接口与上联接口，所有UP的接口都会闪断，目前想判断下，什么情况下会导致该问题发生。
组网及组网描述：
H3C S5130S-28P-EI-6343P08交换机，目前组网为接入层设备，上联两根到三层网关交换机及做静态聚合，配置trunk permit vlan all 下联配置hybrid模式，已全局关闭生成树，采用loopback-detection方式防环路
