你好、 模拟器的问题;

模拟器、不要是用vlan-interface  做bfd mad

使用三层聚合口配置mad 、就没有cpu高的现象了、你测试一下;

是模拟器存在bug,在物理交换机上这配置能正常工作,CPU负载很低。
