问题描述：
设备主控制器有报错，报错信息如下：

另一个控制器无报错，现在是IP可以ping通，但是在浏览器地址栏里面输入IP地址无法访问存储。
存储还会过一会大约10分钟左右会重启
是我登录方式不对还是，有什么问题？

串口观察到控制器出现“Critical Error: Failed to boot SP, because the capacity of physical memory is not equal to the remoter's physical memory.”，说明这个控制器出现了内存相关的问题，要么是内存故障，要么是控制器识别内存有问题。
阵列系统要求2个控制器SP的内存均相同，不然，缺少内存的控制器将无法启动OS，卡在这个位置。
另外一个控制器应该是可以访问的，阵列系统还可以依靠另外一个控制器来提供数据服务。
出现报错的控制器需要尽快联系400报修了~
