H3C S5560-54S 网口从down状态转到up耗时很长 19到60多秒不等

空闲的down口 基本都是 port link-mode bridge   port link-type access
但是接线连接笔记本，从接上到连通可用，耗时很长 19到60多秒不等，请问要如何配置优化，才能达到快速切换到正常UP状态。
