1、光模块质量问题
2、光衰在临界点，也会出现该现象，可以通过命令 dis transceiver diag interface 查看实时收发光以及阈值范围
3、可以通过命令dis int g*/*/*查看 CRC 以及frames、symbole报错信息，光模块不适配会有编码信息报错的
4、极少数可能端口有问题，换端口试下
