第三块主板报警了，看看是硬件问题，还是没插好，或者联系400吧。

报错内容：发生主板警报。
报错原因：I2C交换机芯片上的通道选择失败。

是网管口当前的ras逻辑。设备启动后检测到状态位down会打印一个went down
解决方法
属于正常告警，启动的时候打印是正常的，因为刚启动端口是down的，后面端口有up起来吗，没有up就不会打印恢复
可以通过命令行关闭
hardware-alarm syslog resource-type chip-port disable
hardware-alarm trap resource-type chip-port disable
