S10508流镜像问题

想在S10508交换机上针对部分地址作镜像，想采用华三流镜像功能。

执行：qos apply  mirroring policy **** global inbound

提示：This QoS policy does not exist.

请问什么原因？另外该命令中的mirroring的作用，可以不选吗？

当我不选mirring作流镜像时，qos apply policy *** global inbound ，提示如下信息：是什么原因呢？
