交换机无法重置

问题描述：
现场一台接入华三工业交换机，与核心连接的口里有undo stp en ，手动开启生成树提示
格式化都无法格式化，格式化完reboot之后 只有名字重置了 这个undo stp en 还在接口里

适用浏览器登录设备
3.2 命令行恢复出厂设置
The saved configuration file will be erased. Are you sure? [Y/N]:Y //确定删除保存的配置文件
Start to check configuration with next startup configuration file, please wait.........DONE!
This command will reboot the device. Current configuration will be lost, save current configuration? [Y/N]:N //不保存配置
This command will reboot the device. Continue? [Y/N]:Y //继续重启

清除保存的配置，重启设备方式恢复
#清除已保存的配置
<H3C>reset save

#重启设备
